Security Deposits
Two security deposit checks will be requested upon your arrival. They will not be cashed and will be returned at the end of your stay, after verification.
Cleaning Deposit: €500
Cleaning is included, however, we kindly request that you empty the bins, wash the dishes, and leave the chalet in a reasonably tidy condition.
Chalet Deposit: €10,000
This deposit covers any significant damages. It will be returned after a satisfactory property inspection.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, no refund will be granted. However, exceptional circumstances, duly justified, may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, at the host’s discretion.
